There are two separate kinds of gifts. Please choose carefully; they are treated differently for taxes.

Tax Credit Gift
Goes to scholarships for Kentucky students and qualifies for the federal Education Freedom Tax Credit.

General Operating Gift
Supports the fund's operations. Tax-deductible as a normal charitable gift, but does not qualify for the tax credit.
This contribution is not a qualified contribution under IRC Section 25F and is not eligible for the Federal Scholarship Tax Credit.
